New Owners of Buck & Daisy

It's hard to put into words how grateful we are to everyone at Eddy Creek Stables. They took complete strangers under their wings and worked hard to match us with the right horses. This was not an easy task since neither of us had ridden since high school (almost 30 years ago), and even back then we only "thought" we knew how to ride.

They have worked with us in the arena and then on trails to make us as safe as possible. We have ridden on trails with steep hills, water up to the saddle, deer, dogs, cows, and quail. Our new horses, Buck & Daisy, have taken really good care of us. They are a real joy to ride. We haven't had so much fun in many, many years.

We would like to send a special " Thank You " to our new friends, Richard & Tammy, Sonny & B J, and to John Mark for all their help in making our dreams a reality.

New Owners of Cowboy & Cody AKA Tuffy

    Acquiring horses from Eddy Creek Stables has been one of the most positive experiences of our lives. We began our search months ago while living in CA and there was no question once we met the Eddy Creek team on where we would buy our horses even, if we had to wait. Richard, Tammy and Sonny went out of their way to answer all of our questions (which were many with Cowboy and Cody AKA Tuffy being our first horses).

    The Eddy Creek team has taken us under their wing and worked with us in both their indoor and outdoor arenas and on the trails. They even helped us with our tack on what to buy and what to do with it. With our lack of experience they show patience and provide support and guidance for whatever we need.

    Our horses have shown to be trained and acclimated to all the elements including dogs, wildlife, trails, water, vehicles and more.

    Our lives have been changed by this positive experience. Thank You - Richard, Tammy, Sonny, John Mark and Paul for what you do and for "letting horses be horses". We look forward to a long relationship and of course any further purchases we make, will be with Eddy Creek Stables.

Alex has seen her picture on the website. She is very proud of it too! We really love Pepper and you can be sure he will be well taken care of. I cannot even get Alex up to the house from the bus each afternoon without her stopping to see Pepper. She throws her backpack down in the driveway and steps thru the fence and runs out to him. I must admit, I am almost jealous of their bond, but that is exactly what I want for her. She wants to ride every day. Alex is having a blast. Her confidence has skyrocketed. I appreciate all that you guys have done to help.

Everyone at Eddy Creek Stables has helped me with all of my questions. They have not only trained my horse but they have trained me as well. We have rode in all terrains from up and down hills to riding through creeks. I have to tell you that I have been so pleased with the kindness you have shown, working with me and my" ninety questions". I'm a slow learner, I guess, but " THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE"! I have wanted a horse all my life......but always put it aside. I have gone by "THE NEEDS AND WANT MOTTO". THERE'S YOUR NEEDS AND YOUR WANTS and the WANTS HAVE ALWAYS LOST! Now, I have the horse I have wanted and waited for, they say good things comes to those who wait and that is so true. I have had my dream come true and I have met some pretty awesome people. You're all great!! Thank you for taking time with me, teaching me the things that you have learned. It will help me have the best horse n friend ever! I will tell everyone about your stables and your kindness. Not only will they have a great horse and price but friends as well......I love ya all! I think Kennae is wonderful and she has gone way out of her way to answer all my questions and be there. My horse (Buck) is great because of her wisdom and time with him.

I heard about Eddy Creek Stables through a friend of mine. After 2 weeks of emailing each other back & forth, trying to set up a time for me to come see their selection of horses, my oldest daughter & I were finally able to meet the staff & a few of their horses. For several weeks, I had looked for a horse. The horse needed to be kind, loving & gentle as well as a good trail horse.

When I first seen Chance, I noticed him instantly but did not realize he was for sale. There was something about him that caught my eye as well as my daughters. The staff at Eddy Creek saddled up a few horses & off we went on a trail ride in order for me a make a decision of which horse would be the best suited for me & my girls. We were out on the trail for a couple of hours. Chance was excellent. We went up hills, through water, & down embankments.

As for the staff at Eddy Creek, they all are a wonderful group of people. I couldn't have asked for nicer folks. The entire staff truly do care for their horses. They all are extremely knowledgeable in what they do & in their training. Kennae and I seem to have hit it off right from the start. To me, it seems as if I've known her all my life. Our connection & love for animals (dogs, horses, etc) hopefully will blossom into a forever friendship. I know if I ever have a problem, the staff at Eddy Creek are only a phone call away.
